The Pain Moves Around

It's very interesting how the pain moves around to different areas of your body when you have Fibro.  My pain issues have been very minimal lately and I'm grateful for each day that I can live life to the fullest in the absence of severe pain.  I've had this headache for a few days in my right temple, just above my jaw.  It might be the tooth I had re-crowned a couple of months ago, but who knows.  The pain crops up about once every couple of months, lasts a few days and then disappears.  It started back in August when I was working a VERY stressful job, which thankfully I am no longer a prisoner of.  Needless to say, it would seem the pain signals have been established in that area and they get resurrected every now and then.  It's strange!  I'm usually one to reach for the Ibuprofen and I practically live on that stuff.  But I just purchased an herb called Boswellia that is supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties, so we'll test that out today.
