The New Year

4:00 a.m. on January 1, 2009 James: "Honey, are you okay?"Kay: "Bwahhhhh."  Whimper, pause.  "Yeah, just throwing up."James: "Okay."  (He went back to sleep). I think it's funny that me throwing up constitutes "okay."  The okay bar has now shifted to separate normal horrible nastiness and something that might indicate danger to me or the buns.  Just throwing up my new year's eve meal -- Chinese food (by the way, rice vomit splashes pretty fiercely up into one's face) -- is benign. I have so much to write.  I have so many pontifications on life.  It has changed so much in a year.  But I hear James watching TV downstairs and would kind of like to spend the first lazy morning of the new year with him. So more later.

Hi, my friend. I\'m so sorry to hear the Chinese food didn\'t agree with you. It doesn\'t agree with me either during my pregnancy. How are you feeling? And the twins? I think of you often and pray for you everyday. With all of the hard times we have gone through and continue to go through, we are definitely blessed.

Happy New Year! All the best to you, James, and your twins!!

And one other thing... I saw the beautiful new pics of you and the girls!! You are glowing and so are they! Don\'t worry about those stretch marks... they\'re nothing. Look what you get in return!!

XOXO

Sorry that you had to experience the same Chinese food twice... But I\'m glad to hear that the twins are doing well and things are going smoothly... It won\'t be long now!
