The MRI results visit...
The appointment wasn't til 4 pm so I had the whole day to jitter. I get ready and head to Tofield (which is about 10 mintutes east down the highway from me). I am scared shitless not only cause of the Doc's findings but also my registration tags went at the end of May and I am driving a sportcar that has a different colored front end from bodywork. All I can picture is me begging an RCMP to please just let me get the results before he takes me away...LoL!My legs are giving me probs, so as hard as I try I am sure someone might notice(is that denial?). So I walk into the doctors office they bring me straight to the back room-and she starts with 'I have some good news and bad news'...She then continues with something to the effect (In a thick Russian accent-I actually find it comforting-thought sometimes I have to think on something she said to realize what it was)...'The report didn't note anything about MS, thought they do note something that needs attention. They found anerysms...'She continues to read from her computer screen...She mentions sizes and weakened walls and says the surgeon will talk with me more,I'm like "HuH?"The surgeon will be able to discuss details with you, it doesn't explain all the symptoms it may explain some but he will know more.I'm---'HuH?'I didn't know but I guess I was frantically twisting my rings, because she puts her hands on mine and tells me not to do that and be calm, avoid stressing.I'm asking about options ans she is saying surgery that is the option.I'm asking her for a copy of the report, no prob, and the pictures, she says she doesn't have those but the neurosurgeon should. She is typing on the computer and talking saying she will get me in for an urgent appointment, she looks at me and says everything will be ok... So as I walked out she handed me the 2 page report... I drove home crying and thinking about life...
