The Movie In My Mind
There is a song from Miss Saigon called The Movie In My Mind... The song is about the dreams/movies in their minds of various characters in the musical... maybe most people think its just Kim who has a movie in her mind... but all the girls do and even the engineer... but in the movie in my mind... I see Cara... She is 38 looking a little more mature but still beautiful... she will always be beautiful to me... I see Cara beside each of her children... life is so different... she never died... their lives were never scarred by the pain of all the times they have to deal with the fact that their mom isn't here... I hold her... not a desperate hug... its a hug we exchange every time we get together... just a natural expression of the joy of our lives... we talk about every day things... I feel such peace... not struggling to keep afloat...

I am teary eyed. I have that movie in my mind as well. Lisa is happy, healthy, with a satisfying career. In that movie she was at her daughter\'s graduation.
What wonderful movies.

I\'m going to take some time very soon to make and direct a movie in my mind. I love that song and I love this idea that you have given to me. Love and hugs to you dear friend...Lynn
Simply beautiful dear Elissa. Like Lynn you have gifted me with a very healing gift as I had never thought to try this. I will and I will let you know what comes in for me with my Douglas.
Just read that you are back from vacation and hope you created some lovely, new memories. My daughter, Sarah, and her little family were here with us for almost two weeks and it was just the best. Very hard to say good-bye.
Loving care and the movie you created of Cara has me pondering...
