When most think of plants the image that comes to mind is that of a rose. A flower may be used to state any kind of feeling. It can indicate love or it can represent despair. It can bring a reassurance or it can inspire the device.

Little wonder that most people want to obtain a flower. And it is easily understandable as to the reasons many of us would wish to see flowers blooming in our gardens.

People like all the different kinds of roses. Yet as is the case with anything else there are some flowers that are more popular compared to the others.

The picture of rose that concerns the mind of many people is that of a hybrid tea rose. A hybrid tea rose usually has a large bloom by the end of a cane. The roses of hybrid teas are available in almost all colors except black and blue.

It's the hybrid teas that are offered the most at shop. Types of this sort of flower are Double Delight and Mr. Lincoln.

Yet another common variety of flowers is the Floribundas. We were holding earlier called hybrid polyanthas. These usually have smaller blooms and the blooms are usually in clusters.

But there are several exceptions where the blossoms appear singularly. These will be the ideal for landscaping purposes. Samples of this group are Iceberg and Angel Face.

At times you may also combinations of the Hybrid Teas and the Floribundas. These are called Grandifloras. These are somewhat smaller flowers.

Their blooms will also be smaller and tend to come in groups. Elizabeth and King are two such combinations.

Then you can find the Miniature roses. These are flowers that are smaller in bush, foliage and bloom size. The looms of the tiny flowers tend to lie-in the range of to 2 inches.

Miniatures have become common roses. The largest advantage together is that they can be produced everywhere, even yet in pots. Behold and Fairhope are two representatives of this group of flowers.

Mini-Floras are flowers that are too big to be miniatures but too small to become either a Hybrid Tea or a Floribunda. These usually are unfit for gardening purposes. Cachet and Autumn Splendor are two examples the roses that are covered by this class.

The next sets of flowers that are worth a mention are the Old Garden Roses. These would be the roses that were classified before 1867. These include the mosses and the gallicas.

Shrubs are next roses that we could speak about. This is catchall category. This consists of roses that are compounds of other categories and the roses that do not fir quickly in virtually any other categories. Dancer and Rose de Rescht are two flowers that fall under this category.

Any such cannot be completed without a reference to the Climbing Roses, that are called so because they could rise to great heights. These have become energetic in character. When they're in blossom they often be covered in plants for a month as well as longer.

The canes of those flowers are flexible. The flowers of the Climbing Roses are modest in size and are arranged in large clusters. Seven Sisters and National Pillar are but two of the roses that participate in this group.

These are the prominent categories of the flowers that are popular with the gardeners. All of them requires a particular climate for growth and it is this climate that determines the region of the growth.
