When many think of plants the image that comes to mind is that of the flower. A flower may be used expressing almost any emotion. It can show love or it can signify despair. It can bring a satisfaction or it can inspire the device.

Little wonder that many of us want to buy a rose. And it is easily understandable why a lot of us would want to see flowers blooming inside our gardens.

People like all of the different types of flowers. Yet as is the case with anything else there are some flowers that are more popular compared to the others.

The picture of rose that comes to your head of most people is that of a hybrid tea rose. A hybrid tea rose generally has a large blossom at the end of the stick. The plants of hybrid teas come in virtually all colors except blue and black.

It is the hybrid teas that are sold the most at florists look. Samples of this sort of rose are Double Delight and Mr. Lincoln.

Yet another popular number of flowers is the Floribundas. They certainly were earlier called hybrid polyanthas. These usually have smaller blooms and the blooms are usually in groups.

But there are some exceptions when the plants appear however. These would be the ideal for gardening purposes. Examples of this group are Iceberg and Angel Face.

At times you can even combinations of the Floribundas and the Hybrid Teas. These are called Grandifloras. These are comparatively smaller flowers.

Their blooms often come in groups and are also smaller. Elizabeth and King are two such combinations.

Then you'll find the Miniature flowers. These are flowers that are smaller in bush, foliage and blossom size. The looms of the miniature flowers tend to lie in the product range of to 2 inches. This splendid division link has many fine lessons for the meaning behind this idea.

Miniatures have become popular roses. The greatest advantage together is the fact that they can be grown everywhere, even in containers. Observe and Fairhope are two representatives of the category of roses.

Mini-Floras are flowers that are too large to be miniatures but too small to become both a Hybrid Tea or even a Floribunda. These are often unfit for landscaping purposes. Cachet and Autumn Splendor are two cases the roses that are included in this type.

Another sets of flowers that are worth a note are the Old Garden Roses. These would be the flowers that were classified before 1867. These generally include the mosses and the gallicas.

Bushes are next roses that people can talk about. This really is catch-all category. This consists of roses that are compounds of other categories and the roses that don't fir easily in virtually any other categories. Ballerina and Rose de Rescht are two roses that come under this category.
