The Merry-Go-Round of Life
When we're younger, we're only preoccupied with things we're interested in. Oh, sure, we have to get grades good enough to not flunk out of school, but our parents pay the bills and keep a roof over our heads and hopefully provide us with all the love, encouragement and tools we need to pursue things we're interested in. Then we become adults and suddenly have to pay our own bills, which takes most if not all our time, and forces us to push to the back burner all the things we're interested in, in the interest of doing things we may not be interested in to generate money to pay our bills and keep a roof over our own heads. Then we become so old our health fails, we're sick or dying, and wonder "Why didn't I take more time to pursue the things I'm actually interested in?" Arrrrgghhh! There's got to be some balance!

We always leave this earth with "Unfinished business"! I always try to focus on the present. The past cannot be changed and the future hasn't arrived yet so worrying about the past or future is a waste of my time. Here and now is all that's important.
God Bless
Thanks, bob. I'd like my present to be a little SWEETER. Therefore, I'm trying to BE sweeter, to attract sweetness.
