The Long Holiday Weekend
My first thought about the long holiday weekend is that it puts my life on what feels like "hold." In reality, I know that's not true. It's good to pause and reflect, to take a break and put in some quality time just living and being me in the moment. But, there is an anxious side to me that wants my home inspection and appraisal done already (it's my second go around on this venture and to say I'm ansty about it would be an understatement). I want POA's in the mail and the home insurance policy transferred over. Deep down, I just want reassurance that it's all going to be ok this time... but none of that can even begin to happen until Tuesday.

Thank you so much, Jen! Bare minimum, I should hear back about the results of the house inspection today. I'm also going to call the lender to discuss the appointment time for the appraisal, as well as the insurance transfer and the POAs to be mailed. In good news, my rosacea continues to do well, despite all the stress of this long and drawn out experience.
