The Lighthouse

So, I really want to open a safe house for women coming out of situations of domestic violence.  I have been "thinking" about doing this for probably 5 years but haven't been able to get things organized.  This will be called "The Lighthouse" and I already have many of the plans and parts of the business plan completed.  Any ideas on how to make this dream come to fruition?  It requires a significant amount of money which I don't have.
