that's what i said out loud to myself a few times, an hour ago.
upstairs idiot, young idiot, with typical young, and maybe rural hillbilly, attitude, with latest event just being him hurrying silently in front of me when i said something, silently zooming up the steps to his apt that is on the floor above me.
I'm so tired of the inbred hillbillies in this town that refuse to even say hello to a stranger, as though only relatives and close friends deserve a simple hello.

this also involves a valve being torn off my bike tire, and water leaking into my ceiling with a walk away from problem attitude of let landlord fix it.
and then there\'s the other neighbor opposite me who kicks in his locked door when he forgets his key----with the whole door off its hinges for a few months!

Lol. The idiot upstairs. Ha. I can just imagine.
Bet you can\'t imagine that back in November a certain person said all he needed was a few acres of land to build his own cabin---and make electricity from a nearby stream! But, a few days later, when his water heater leaks, zero done about it, though all landlord had to do was simply turn some knob near the water heater.
hahahahahhaha....me laughing on my way to a padded cell.
