The help we are to each other.

Feeling the need for a nap. I don't want to nap too much, because then I can't sleep good at night. So many don't understand the fact that CFS isn't about just not getting enough sleep. Sometimes I have to forego a nap, because I know I'm just tired and not sleepy. If I'm sleepy then the nap helps.
People on here and their posts are my best help. I was annoyed by being so tired. Then I saw I'd gotten a hug and a friend had a new journal post. Now I'm still tired, but much happier. If there is ever a need for tough people, that just happen to be tired all to easily. Then we would be the best choice. And not just tough, but compassionate. Because we've been there and have had our hearts softened and enlarged to better be there for others.
Take care everyone. Love and hugs, Tim

Oh hi there Tim . I\'m sorry I didn\'t see your journal until now.In regards to napping, I can never sleep at all during the day.I am taking valerian forte at night time as I suffer with insomnia on and off.I have tried numerous meds over the years, both chemical and herbal . I\'m sticking to the herbs again now and just the one single herb but extra strength to knock me out LOL! Some people with cfs sleep very long hours and others just can\'t sleep, which is far worse.Hope you are ok Tim and your writing is coming together for you.Bye for now , love Di

Thanks for the encouragement. It seems like the sleep issue is a mixed bag for CFS folks. Suffering from insomnia really doesn\'t help. I have some problems with it, but it\'s all tied up with thinking to much about: my writing is going to slow, energy. Writing that sentence was embarrassing. There are so many people in worse conditions than I am and I\'m worried about myself and my own goals? As Snoopy would say, blehhh.

I need an attitude adjustment. :)
