the healing continues

rheumy called and got my bloodwork back, CPK levels looking better!! i get to decrease my prednisone more!! went from 80ml to 40ml, now going to 15ml. sounds like quite the jump to me, but i'm going from liquid form to pill form (i can swallow pills now!!! i can swallow just about anything now!!) and my dad said that the liquid form was more diluted, so it's about a 25% decrease...i don't know if that's right but he always knows what he's talking about. not looking forward to the achy-ness and trouble sleeping i had last time i tapered the dose, but happy with the progress! i'm doing so much better than i was when i was diagnosed...my rheumy sure knew what to do for me! God blessed me with great caretakers for sure!
