The fraying..

I don't know if I need a med adjustment or enviromental or what, But I've been on a decline ever since I had to leave Washington and my best friend. Everytime I think I've got a toe hold I fall again. I wish I could just start school but I can't and so I'm very emotional and verging on frail. People I care about are getting put off by my moodines.. I'm afraid I may need a hospital soon...
