The end of Week 1

It has been exactly one week since I came out to my wife of 30 years. Now we are talking about selling our house, her getting a smaller one and me moving out to a rent house we own. It all seems so surreal. I have been so busy with work and business travels that I have not been able to have any time to talk to others. I am going to attend a coming out support group this coming Wednesday and hope to find supportive friends and be able to provide support for others. I must stop and realize that the hard part, coming out, is done. It is time to move on to the new frontier; my new life out of the closet. Scary, but exciting.
