the end of summer

Well  I am so relieved that my summer assignment is almost over.In July and August I take care of the childcare's children that are off school for the summer. They are all between 6 - 11 years old and havea variety of interests, personalities and needs. On top of that there allmany rules and regulations which we have to follow which are governmentset. Every year I find it stressful to take care of them under these circumstances.Being a sensitive person it also hard to take in stride their blantant  comments oneverything from the program, each other and especially on me as a person and as a teacher. I struggle with remaining mature and centre. Well, now they are all going to go on to higher grades and back to school so Iwill be working with them partime. There are other concerns such as low en-rolement in our toddler room which will effect me since I was going to get morework covering in there but at least now we will have more time to focus on bringingin business in that room. Also my three children are back to school as well so it willbe quieter at home as well Love and Light to one and all , Ida.
