The Emotional Dictator
The dog problem started early this morning when I went to do my morning whiz and found a stinky, runny pile of dog shit in the hallway in front of the bathroom door. Talk about your rude awakening! Good luck figuring out which of the four dogs left the calling card. It was not a healthy shit, so my first thought was the dying dog. But... The two freshly abandoned dogs and the near adolescent dog whose training was usurped by them can't be ruled out.
I only have two kennels. All efforts to find homes for the two abandoned dogs have failed. That is how they came to be guilted on to me. It has been less than a year since I adopted the young dog from the pound. No one is volunteering to make the trip to the pound.
God, it hurts!
