The days just get worse!!!!!

Yesterday i was browsing a dating site and who should pop up but him,we chatted for a little while and i said i was surprised he had joined again.He said he thought he give it another go(nice) how hurtful.Well it seems hes not back with her just yet but i think its only a matter of time.He was asking me how i was and i just came back with a question to wich he said changing subject.I really dont want to discuss with him how i feel so i said sorry i gotta go.Then this morning i went back on thier he was on and i said hi and he just ignored me.Ive had enough i know i should be no contact but hes hurting me sooo much im heading that way.Why cant i just be strong and tell him where to go?
