The Daily Battle

With each day that comes and goes the battle rages on

Though His mercy is new every morning, I stuggle to let go of the days not so long past

Situations and circumstances that cause me to ponder and judge

My feelings and emotions that are so quick to betray

Holy Spirit help me let go

let go of all the lies that lead me astray

Holy Spirit reveal Truth

the Truth that is Jesus

I am a new creature, because = JESUS

I am righteous, because = JESUS

I am loved, because = JESUS

love my neighbor as JESUS does
