at the chiropractor i learned if you tuck your chin into your neck, it releases all the tense muscles on the back of your neck from the day, or from using the computer. EXCELLENT! was worth it just for that info.
was looking at n\'s photos. amazing how much the two of them changed in 7 years! amazing. so from 28 to 35, yeah, i guess that is quite a jump. lol. his wedding was odd only because he couldn\'t invite anyone his mother didn\'t want there. same as the s\'s in new york. its a WEDDING and you have a parent like that? wow. other friction, she wanted to be escorted by her ex, n\'s father, even though they were never married, only lived together, and HE has been married to someone else since n was a toddler. the dramas go on and on. she is another one with bipolar who works as a nurse, and that as well has drama attached to it. hmmm, definitely wouldn\'t miss any of that. he says they never see her. she is about an hour from where they live. she also used to stop him from seeing his grandmother, even though he lived at her house until he was 8 years old. why do people act like that?
