The Case of the Missing M&M\'s

I think God has a rather funny sense of humor at times.  Some people might say it's spirits or some other supernatural force at work but I believe it's God or one of His angels.   Have you ever had something you really want go missing?  You know exactly where you put it or at least the general area...but for some reason no matter how hard you look you can't find it.  That's what happened to me today.   Last night I tossed a package of dark chocoalte M&M's on my bed before going back to the living room to hang out for the evening.  I forgot all about them until this morning when I felt I needed a bit of a sugar boost to get myself moving.  I looked everywhere.  I shook out my blankets, my sheets, my pillows, looked under the bed (all this I did multiple times).  I looked in my jacket pockets, in my purse, in all my drawers, behind all the furniture and rechecked everywhere I could think of.  I looked in the kitchen, I looked in the living room, I looked all over my room.  No where.   I even called my parents to see if they accidently ended up out there at their house with some of my stuff that I sent to their place.  Nope not there either. Decided to move on with my day and made some phone calls I've been putting off for far too long.  Spent over 20 minutes on hold with my insurance company.  This pissed me off, but I kept my cool. Decided I had better get out for a walk and buy myself another package of those darn M&M's.  They were on sale afterall so I could buy another pack and not feel too bad about it.  Picked up some milk and an XL decaf coffee (the only size left with roll up the rim) next door at Tim's.  Came back home and walked in my room.....and right there on my bed in plain site.... THE MYSTERIOUS MISSING M&M's!!!  What the...where'd those come from?!  LOL.  Seriously...I think God had one of His angels hide them from me so I'd get out of the house for a bit.  That silly Father of mine.  Or maybe that's why He did it...He knew I needed some humor in my day.
