The Buff

My sister Nancy had cancer 7 years ago, it was Lymphoma type B Cell and stage 4, it has gone into her bone marrow. 
She had treatments and has been cancer free all these 7 years.
A few weeks ago she found another lump, just under the skin near her rib cage, it is the Lymphoma returned.
Its an aggressive cancer, but she is responding very well to Chemo and the lump is getting smaller.
She continues to work, she is 70 and will be 71 in July and loves her job.
Nancy buzzed her hair off this past weekend and sent me an email about her wigs that she saved from the last cancer years back and the new ones she bought, and then she told me she was buying a few Buffs.
She sent me a youtube site showing how to use the buff, it was then I realized it was not just for cancer patients who had lost their hair but it was for anyone and had multi functions:)
 One of the function is that it can cover the mouth and nose to keep out dust and cold out and the materiel its made from is breathable. 
I walk a lot and its hard to be out side on back roads that are dusty and smoky from wood stoves and in the winter I find the asthma masks for cold weather are hard to breath through with out lowering oxygen levels.
I think these Buffs will be perfect for me, and my sweet sister Nancy bought me one.
I shared with a friend this information who also has COPD and she ordered one too.
I am sure there are other brand names for this but here is a video that shows how to use it, so you will have an idea about what I am talking about.

I was so excited about this I thought this Buff might be helpful to someone here, so I wanted to share.
For me it will help me on my walks and in the winter months too,  and I will look nice too on bad hair days:)
