No.sleep

I'm up trying not to worry about the drama at work.  I didnt get much done yesterday and tonight is the last day to get things done before Roomie gets home.

All my happiness and elation is starting to give into anger and depression.  I'm trying not to let it get me down.

I hate going to work now.

Try to get out of your head . Sometimes when I’m overwhelmed by things happening in my life, I try to compartmentalize so I can better manage and concentrate on what I need to do. Moving is stressful, even when it’s a good thing. Good days and bad days are just part of work. Go in and focus on your job. That’s it. Not every issue is drama. How we react is where the drama comes in.

In your other journal entry you mentioned you felt you shouldn’t have to ask your boss for clarity on your job, duties, etc. Sometimes you do. I do it with my boss all the time, just check in with her. It’s because sometimes business priorities change or communication breaks down for lots of reasons. Sometimes my boss assumes I know certain things and I don’t. Sometimes I assume she is aware of certain things and she’s not. So I seek feedback to make sure we are both on the same page. The manager/employee relationship is a lot like other relationships we have in our life where at times there is misunderstanding or assumptions.

If you want to leave your job and do something else, there is nothing wrong with that. Make that a goal.

A lot of good things are happening to you because you are making them happen. That is all you. That doesn’t mean there won’t be some wrinkles, but you work out the problem and move on. This is life.

Steadying support through the storm, Sage. Easy does it.

For what it's worth
I find it is allot easier to cope with storms when I let storms be storms. Pretending it's sunny outside is a good way to find myself riding unexpected tornadoes. But that is me. Continued support while you sort what is right for you.

You are helping your boss by not engaging with her ego when she is in anger mode. It will all work out... Try to think of happy things like being at the beach and feeling the soft ocean wind gently blowing through you hair. One of my favorite places use to be Englewood beach in Florida and I use to love looking for shells and sharks teeth and floating on my back out to sea while watching fish jumping out of the water all around me. I was completely and totally at peace that day so I often think about that when I am feeling stressed.

Taking deep breaths also helps as well as asking your higher self to help you look at it in a different way.

God Bless
