Thing I didn't like was the extensive info I had to read and sign for regarding their responsibility for the phone during and after repair. I am assuming they have been burned by people who try to get new repairs or more and they are just doing a CYA. Understandable but a little disconcerting. I am very pleased with the professionality as well as the value for money and the friendliness of the staff.

Enjoyed the customer service and the follow up call and email they gave to let me know my iPad was ready. And decided to ask them if they can do anything about it. It took them about 3 hours to clean all water and moisture, they then had to transfer the phone to their north store to change faulty parts on the motherboard and do some magic. I will use and recommend always moving forward. Protector , what a great relief that was to repair a $500 phone. They made great suggestions on a new protector, left the store feeling I just got great customer service which can be a challenge to find these days.
