The ball is rolling
The ball is finally up and rolling with the Liar's Anonymous group and it feel sso good. I forget how much easier life is when I delegate and not try to take on everything by myself like I usually do. There's just something about my pride that likes to take all the credit and glory for everything. Just one of my shortcomings.
So we now have 3 volunteers with LA doing various things, like sending out a message to welcome new members to LA, literature recommendations, and someone who will be posting daily readings every once in awhile. I am also working with another member of the group as kind of a co-sponsorship, as in we'll be more or less sponsoring each other, to kind of forge the path for other members of LA to be sponsored, and create some guidelines for the group.
I'm very excited about this opportunity as I've been without a sponsor since about February of this year, and I've been wanting to get back into sponsorship, but I've been making all sorts of different excuses for myself, so no more :)
Fall is on its way and I am feeling great.
