The Bad Guys Did NOT Win!

These past three days have been rough for me mentally, emotionally , and with the food. But I want to be clear with myself that just because I have setbacks does not mean that the bad guys have defeated me, they have not.  Today I am as free as I chose to be. I can let go of my anger and hatred and embrace life and live life just as fully an anyone. I do not have to be a victim of my past. And I can let go of self-hatred and self-blame.  Just because I am not yet where I want to be in life does not mean that the bad guys won. In fact, the bad guys are all going to pay for what they did to me. I don't know how or when but they will get what they deserve.  Thanks for reading this entry!
