The Art and Challenge of Practice Makes Progress

How do you train or learn to practice what's going to improve you or your daily experience of life? You begin by determining what it is you would like to practice, state,"Pick inner peace." You likely do not have to wait to have an experience where this option would be a good practice, and you forget, maybe for a day, week, month or longer, because emotions run strong. As soon as you're calmer, you recall you did make that selection. You think on this, possibly admonish yourself for forgetting, which I don't recommend. I like a gentle reminder like,"Alright, I forgot to keep in mind that time; but finally I will remember my pick." Perhaps you forget a few more times until one day, when triggered, you do recall and say to yourself,"New app: Choose inner peace" You work out the best way to do this and put it into practice. Please bear in mind that practice doesn't mean"perfect" It means training.
Each moment, it gets easier to choose it, which is, to practice your choice, to engage your new program, even when following through presents challenges that request different or more inner function, insight, and imagination on your part. As you practice, you are feeling that your development and private power, as well as your relationship with yourself and Source move up a notch. And it feels good. Twenty One Pictures feels right. You find you pay attention for other chances to practice your choice, or other opportunities to make similar beneficial choices. The new practice, and the evolution it triggers in you, begins to feel much more natural, more comfortable than simply not practicing or evolving, despite challenges.
