that time again
Good morning everyone,
Well its that time again. Scans come around so quickly. Steve will go Wednesday for another round. I commented to someone yesterday about how quickly the year has gone. I guess it seems that way because of the way we count it down. 3 weeks on 1 week off. So many years we have done that! He is being scanned every 4 months now. Bless his heart. He is such a fighter and never complains! He goes about living as good as anyone I have ever seen. He has taught me so much about that. We are a team. When he ever gets a little down we begin to count our blessings.
I ask you to pray for Steve. He has not been able to have the contrast for the last 2 scans because of high creatine. (That helps the onocologist see the tumors better) I hope they will be able to see if the radiation worked that he had in March and April.
I have been praying for so many of you. I hope it is getting a little easier as the days go by.
One bright point I would like to mention. Scully (Angie) who is a good DS friend is getting married again. I know that some of you are friends also. She is beside herself with happiness. She mourned her husband Dan for a long time. And she is so young! I am happy that she will not have to be alone.
