That Feeling
Can I ask what makes you feel better when you have that dreadful feeling? I woke up with that ache again, like I still can't believe this happened and sometimes I feel he's still on his way. My son was going to be my life, I miss him so much. I am going to watch Stepbrothers today, but that feeling will still mostly be there. Thanks and Hugs!

Oh how I hate waking with that feeling, and it seems to last all day. The couple of times I managed to shake it, I turned on the radio and sang my heart out. I used to sing all the time and its always been a good release for me. I know how you feel with your son going to be your life. Its so hard to think of the future now without him.
I know exactly what \"feeling\" you mean... I found the best thing to do when it happens was writing my son a letter, listening to his song, or doing something that was \"for him\" - A walk, run, drawing a picture, whatever you enjoy to do. but do it for your baby. That was what helped me the most. (And of course journaling on DS) I hope you find some peace.

I used to just suffer through it and wait until it passed. Crying helped. It would usually only be a few hours at the most. Finding something to distract myself helped. So whatever you can still manage to find a little joy in, try to do it when you feel this way. *Hugs*
