Thanksgiving meal
I know this is rather late, but I had an interesting Thanksgiving this year. I went with a friend. A friend of hers invited her and made reservations at a Belgium restaurant in DC. I had turkey in a plum sauce with these balls that, I think, sweet potatoes in it. And mashed potatoes on the side. There was a turkey confit wrapped in cabbage leaf. I tried that but didn't care for it. I had a dark chocolate mousse cake for dessert.

I am not one for eating out at restaurants. I always think I can make better at home, but I enjoy the company of others which can make the food taste a little better. Glad you had a good time and the food wasn't all bad. Hugs
