Thankful, for family, friends, DS, nature, our strength and hope, together <3

Happy monday,with some sunshine, and some bright glowing pictures of our blossoming spring plants :) Hi angel friends! :) We're thinking of you all, and we hope everyone is doing ok, and in good health, and keeping in good spirits :) We're here for you, and with you all, on this journey <3 There's lots of news, including restaurants and bars closing here in our state, and surrounding states at 8pm tonight.Take out/drive thru only. my family, Holly,and i are home, and spending time together :) schools are closed here, the kids are all home, and we've been hanging out today :) there's been lots going on, and we're all keeping strong together and with you all, our dear angel friends :) We're rolling with the days, and times, best we can :) Thank you all, for your wonderfully heart warming comments :) We're so happy, everyone enjoyed Bristol's birthday journal, and pictures :) we had a fun time celebrating her birthday yesterday :) We're cherishing, and treasuring in all of the simple joys that we can, during all of the current times going on. we all know, right now life and the world, is very different. We're finding strength and hope, from eachother, and from you all, our dear angel friends :) Thank you all for sticking right here by our sides, sharing your days, updates, news, and simple joys you all are enjoying. :) it helps so much to share, especially during these times. We're all in this together <3 We've been watching some news, and keeping updated :) we're making the most of each day, best we can :) keeping to our routines, and traditions as closely as we can, is helping a lot too :) i enjoyed a nature walk this morning, and Holly and i went out for a nature walk around mid-day :) i took some pictures of our spring plants, also doing some writing, and we look forward to keeping with our sweet treats tuesday tradition, even if we have our treats here at home :)

Hi angel friends :) We're with you, and here for you :) my family, Holly, and i are very thankful, you all are here for us too :) it certainly is very different world, and times we're experiencing right now. All of us here, in our family are doing ok, and are in good health :) We're very thankful for our health, and are keeping closely in tune with eachother, and updated on the latest news, from our state, country, and national news, about the coronavirus. a big shoutout, of appreciation for all doctor's, of the world, who are working amazingly hard, to treat patients, and doing all they can, to help so many people right now. They are angels amongst us, helping do all they can. Things are very surreal right now, with lots of changes, and things going on. We hope you and your family's are in good health, and doing well :) We care very deeply about everyone :) in these times, that are very different, and not the normal, and usual, we all must remember to be very good to ourselves, taking time for ourselves, to be gentle kind to our hearts, and spirits, and to eachother :) We're all in these times together, and are keeping strong, and hopeful, together :) it feels different writing, in these times, compared to other times, it truly does. it's like i mentioned, a different world, and taking in all that's going on, it's good to keep focused on positives, and sharing. it's healthy,and good to share, and to keep focused on positives, through all times. lots of family, friends, have been sharing about all of their updates, and going on's, in different states, and around the world. i've been reaching out to many friends, checking in, with some recent mailings of cards, notes, and letters :) we feel a great comfort, in being able to write, share, and knowing you all are there for us, it brings our hearts lots of comforting peace :) Thank you angel friends, so very much :)

Updates from us all here, and our state of Connecticut. here in CT, there's currently 26 cases of coronavirus. All schools in our state, are closed. my dad went into work at domino's yesterday during the late afternoon after Bristol's birthday party. it was very slow work, and my dad was able to come home around 6pm. sunday's are usually very busy at domino's. my dad's stopped driving for uber/lyft, as a precaution, due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. the closest case of coronavirus near us, is about 25 minutes away in Willimantic, CT. Stores here, are very low on stock, our friend Stacy (Sunflower10) here on DS, texted me, she and her bf Ron went to the stores yesterday, and saw low stock too. we're so thankful, we were able to pick up some items, on friday and saturday, to be able to have some items. there's no hand sanitizer, or rubbing alcohol here in our area, stores. we've been hearing reports of low supply of toilet paper too. it truly is surreal times. my mom was talking with us this morning, and mentioned she feels uncomfortable about going out into the stores, and feel it's best to limit how much we go out, during these times. The updates about the news, coronavirus is very fluent. yesterday evening, our govenor and state officials had a press conference, and they mentioned it may be best, to order take out, instead of going into restaurants. we heard, about restaurants and bars in Massachusetts, and other states, closing. here in our city, they have cancelled many events, and gatherings. the norwich public utilities has closed. it has been very big news, all of the closings. my niece Alyssa works at burger king, and they said she didn't need to come in today, as they are beginning drive-thru only, and didn't need many workers. it's first report in our area, of a restaurant having only drive-thru ordering.

NEWS COMING IN. CT govenor said, that all restaurants, and bars, will be closing beginning 8pm tonight. We also saw that New Jersey and New York, have closed bars and restaurants. drive-thru,and ordering, is available.

The kids are all doing ok, with everything. my sister Jenn, niece Alyssa, and my mom, all talked with the kids, and we all are being very comforting, reassuring to them all, about all that's going on, and helping them ease into being home, when they are use too being in school, and are helping them keep busy, and active. We're keeping our spirits up :) we know, it's a very worrysome, and somber time, with all that's going on. We hope everyone's kids are doing ok, with the school closings, and able to keep busy, and we hope everyone is able to go about their days, as normal as can be. we know it's a very ab-normal world going on right now. it's very important to keep safe, taking good care, and updated with the latest news, so that we can take very best care, we can. We've all been washing our hands, very carefully, and we feel safe, secure, here at home :) we hope and pray, that the virus stops spreading. our thoughts, prayers, and hearts are with us all <3

When things are so different in the world right now, it's good to share, write, to keep hopeful, and to go about our days as normal as we can. We hope all of the stores, will be re-stocked, and that we can make another store run or two, soon, maybe sometime this week :) we are unsure what will happen, if there will be temperature checks at stores, or if they will limit the amount of people who can go into stores at a time. we're rolling with the times, best we can. We're having healthy foods, healthy teas, and taking very good care :) we all need some moments of normalcy too, i've been spending time here on DS, writing to friends, and also doing some letters/cards writings :) post office and mailings, are still running. we love to go to the post office, and want to go on super wednesday :) it's good, to have those moments of peace, comfort, and normalcy, as it can bring a sense of normalness that we all need, in all times, especially these times :)

Sunshine Nature :) This morning, we had a new day rising and shining :) i love going out for my nature walks, and seeing our nature friends, and signs of spring around :) i gathered a bowl of goodies this morning, and went outside for my early morning nature walk :) the sun was rising up, it was a bit chilly cold. i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sanctuary area :) our nature friends love gathering the goodies :) it helps them a lot :) We've got wonderful signs of spring, sprouting all around our yard, including our perennial flowers :) it's so nice, and a special joy, to see the flowers growing :) We look forward to gardening season, growing lots of flowers, fruits, and vegetables :) i'm very happy and excited to share my new nature pictures with everyone :)

We're having a sunny day, here at home :) my family, Holly ,and i are doing well, and are keeping in good spirits :) we've been having some foods, snacks, drinks, and spending time together :) Holly and i went outside for an afternoon nature walk :) we love the nice fresh air, and sunshine :) i'm so happy i got to tak some pictures of our spring plants :) We're continuing to monitor our local news :) we all need a break from the news at times, tonight, Holly and i are going to watch some youtube videos, and episodes of "Scrubs" show :) it's good, to have some shows/movies to watch :) tomorrow's St. Patrick's day and sweet treats tuesday :) Thank you angel friends, for being here for us, and for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderful, very special, dear friends, and are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) big group comforting, aand caring friendship hug :) we look forward to sharing in many more special times, with you and your family's, and the spirit of the season :)

Happy Spring Nature Smiles, and greetings, from our garden :) hi angel friens :) Holly and i enjoyed a nice afternoon nature walk :) We love to see the signs of spring, and it gives a wonderful sense of comfort, peace, and the sunshine is so nice :) nature is healing, in many ways, and during many times. This is our world, and we're all together in it. nature can be strong, fierce, delicate, through all seasons. it shines in beautiful glory, that can bring your heart an amazing moment :) we're all going through a lot right now, in the world, with all that's going on. We're strong, brave, courageous, and we all have strength and hope :) We're all a lot like plants, especially sunflowers :) they grow, and grow, and during their journey's, they sometimes experience winds, like we experience rough times in life. those winds can make a sunflower bend, lean, and sway, but the strength of a sunflower's stem, is much like the inner strength we all have, through storms in life. We all, can help uplift eachother and stand strong, tall, and proudly through any storm, just like those sunflowers, and we can blossom with smiles surrounded by sweet blue sky, and sunshine in this beautiful garden of life :) keep strong, hopeful, and keep blossoming :) We're all in this together :)
