Thank you my friends...
for all the well wishes and love you have given me over the last couple of days...you all are truly my support system during this process and I appreciate it more than you will ever know. You know I just have to say this and I will move on to my day...but I have my best friends that love me but really don't know how to deal w/ this situation. That's were you lovely ladies come in...you give advice, offer support and just let me know you are thinking about me. I sure hope that I can give you the same kindness and love you have shown to me...okay enough of my sappiness... The 4th & FINAL IUI went very well although I am still suffering from a bit of cramping. The hot bubble bath I'm about ot step in might take care of that:) So, hubbies #'s were awesome as usual. 141 million washed and 81% motility so we shall see. Now the wait and worrying. Wish I had started a new hobby last week..ha! One question, as I asked my RE this last time and he told me to go on w/ normal routines. I LOVE to run my dogs...it not only gives them the much needed exercise for their restless minds but also gives me an outlet to release all my IF frustration. I know today was not a good run day...but do you guys continue normal exercise routines during the 2WW? Love to all!Shannon

Hey Hon!! This is the one...those sperm numbers are awesome..did they say how any follicles you had? I usually am paranoid about exercise during the 2ww but am going to keep going to the gym and walking on the treadmill at level 4 for 3 miles, nothing to crazy. This site really is THE best!! You are such a giving and loving person so of course it is going to come back to you Shannon!! Feb is our month!!
You do give the same love and support back to us and make this journey that much easier because of it. I am praying this is it for you! :-)
I was always told to continue activity but not to get my heart rate too high, so I could not do heavy cardio. I was also not allowed to do heavy lifting. But the way I see it, especially with and IUI is people get pregnant all the time and don\'t know it. During that time they are living their lives. Aside from the meds causing your ovaries to stimulate more follicles then normally, your body is doing what it would naturally. You may want to do a brisk walk for the first two weeks until your BFP comes back, just to be safe. But after that you should be able to exercise like you were. I have friends who ran almost their entire pregnancy. Good luck my friend! :-)
I have a good feeling about this one...like Sue said, Feb is OUR month...good things are going to happen and they will start with you! I\'ll be thinking of you during your 2ww...can\'t wait to hear the GOOD news!
