Thank you God! Everything looks good!

A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.  What an agonizing morning up until the ultrasound.  So.....everything looks great!  Baby measures exactly where it should be, 8w3d and the heartbeat was 168!!! My cervix looks great and completely closed and the u/s and cervical exam revealed no bleeding.  As soon as we saw that heartbeat on the monitor, I let out a huge sigh and just lost it.  I balled.  Tears of joy!  I was so scared and to see that heartbeat was just pure joy!  I can't explain it.   My doctor couldn't pinpoint the reason for the bleeding except that it was probably the combination of the last u/s, being on blood thinners and just 1st trimester normal bleeding.  He said the brown discharge is completely normal in the 1st trimester but he didn't know what caused the bright red blood and cramping.  So no taking chances from now on.  I have to limit all strenuous activities, take it easy and avoid stress.  I go back in 2 weeks for another u/s.  Again ladies, thank you so much for all your suppport, your words and prayers.  I just don't know how I get through times like this without you!
