Thank you angel friends. :) we're all hanging in there, strong together <3 my dad's gonna be ok :)

Hi angel friends, good evening wishes from us all, here from our hearts and home to yours <3 we've been home today, spending time together, and feeling all of your comforting love, care, support, and prayers. my family, Holly, and i thank you all so very much. We've had family, friends, all checking in on my dad, and us all. we are very grateful, and appreciate everyone being there for my dad, and us all. It means the world to us. We've been resting, and are looking forward to better times ahead, after a very emotional stretch of hours it's been. the incident last night, the aftermath, it's really rattled and shaken us, and will take a few good days, to get back our balance, but we know, as long as we have eachother, and you all, our dear friends, uplifting eachother, we'll all be ok, and have better days and times to share in.

my dad's doing ok. taking it easy, and lighter. we're very proud of him. We're rallying around him, you all with us in spirit, to help him. we do wish, he was more willing to press forward in getting charges brought against the thugs who attacked, and assaulted him. we don't want them having the opportunity, to do what they did to  my dad, to others, and the police bringing them to justice, would be the right thing for them to do. the bikers in this area,  especially norwich, are very not good, and they often are a part of the violence, that plagues this region with their attitude, and their lack of care, and lack of respect for everyone in the community is a big problem. an email to some of our leaders here in our city, including the mayor, with their attention being brought to what happened, and them forwarding to the police here, for further review, of the incident, we hope will bring upon a crack-down upon these incidents, that seem to happen far too many times. once is more than enough and is too much, and the crime that does happen, we believe needs to be taken care of better, by the police here. they haven't done enough to make us all feel safe. the same core values, that made them want to be police, to help serve the community, to serve, protect, and honor, those values of them wanting to make sure, those who break laws, are brought to justice, we just don't know where, or when, those values seemed to have gotten clouded.we're disappointed in them right now, it's how our hearts feel, but we'll remain hopeful they'll do more to ensure a safer community for everyone here and we will believe in them, to do better. no disrespct to bikers, we know most bikers, are good people, it's just awful there's some bad apples out there, that give everyone a bad reputation, when they think they're above the law, and they think they can do anything they want. i think of all of the people here, especially the kids, my nephews, nieces, everyone, who deserves a safe environment to call home, to grow up in, and to be proud of, and safe to be able to be outside in their community, without fear of something like what happened last night, happening. we can only hope, for the best. times like this, and the roughness of it, can bring out the inner strength in us all, to keep on keeping on, with pure determination of moving forward, a day, even an hour at a time. the outpouring of love, care, and support for my dad, along with so many wonderfully comforting prayers, has been absolutely amazing, and is very much appreciated.

Holly and i have been talking with my mom and dad, and also lots of family, friends reaching out. it's a comfort, that we'll forever be thankful for, during any times. we'll always be here for you too, our dear angel friends <3 :) we're all on low energy, feeling drained, from the late night, last night, and the anxiety, stress, and worrysome moments. We'll definitely be laying down earlier tonight. the events of last night, truly did drain us, emotionally, physically, but like the name of this wonderful site we all love very much (DS), each day, can bring daily strength, that gives us many reasons to keep moving forward. it's helped to write, share, talk, and texting, making sure we all are keeping focused on our health, and taking good care, it's what matters most, family, friends, and enjoying life each day to the fullest.

we'll continue to keep a close eye on my dad, as the new week begins, he's got his medicine he got at the hospital, he has tylenol too, and will heal, a day at a time. our hearts will be ok. even though we're shaken, and feeling dishelved, due to what happened, we've all felt a lot of emotions from what happened. we believe, ultimately, that positive energy brings positive energy, and negative energy (those thugs who attacked and assaulted my dad), brings negative energy. it all evens itself out in some ways. we put the positive energy out, it always comes back to us in many positive ways, we're so grateful for. :) we're thinking of you all, our dear angel friends, and we hope everyone is doing well, and having a good sunday :) thank you all, for sticking with us, and for always being here. We have had some football on, had a late lunch, and just taking it easy. i got about 3 and a half hours of sleep last night, but will rest up, all of us will replenish our energy, and new week coming up. we want to make the most of the upcoming week, and i promise more pictures beginning tomorrow. :) i think we all need a week of simple joys, gentleness, and making the most of each day :)

we have some more Christmas cards to mail, beginning tomorrow, and also have potential big winter snowstorm coming, it'll be a week of getting back on track, with our days, and most importantly, being there for eachother, family, as our thoughts, feelings, emotions all gather :) Thank you angel friends, for all of your heart-comforting comments, hugs, messages, texts, everything you all do for us. :) i will continue to keep everyone posted, updated on how my dad and us all are doing :) We love you all bunches! :) my mom, and Holly says hi to everyone :) sending our love, and our most warmest friendship hugs, from us all :) we hope everyone has a peaceful evening, and night, and we look forward to sharing in the upcoming week, with everyone :)

-never lose hope :)

Hi Chris and Holly. So glad to hear your Dad is going to be all right. Healing emotionally will be harder than the physical healing. I hope you are all able to get a lot of rest this evening and awake tomorrow full of hope for a new day. Feel so bad this had to happen but it seems there are those out there that think they are above the law and take advantage of those people like your dad who are just trying to support their families. Have a great evening and get some rest. Prayers still going up for your dad. I put him on our prayer chain at church this morning. I know prayer will help him and your family through this terrible event. Catch up with you later. Hugs. John and Debbie

Thank you Debbie and John, it's very heart-felt, that you all included my dad, and us all, in the special prayer chain at church. We'll forever be grateful and appreciative :)
my mom and i were talking earlier, my dad is going to be seeing a specialist tomorrow, about his jaw/throat, and there is a chance calling the lawyer, could happen too, to see what their options are.
it's been an awful nightmare, since last night, we hope and pray, my ad makes a full healing recovery. You all are our bright shining light, that's helping is keep hopeful, for upcoming times to be better <3

Hi Sweet Chris, I'm so sorry that this happened to your dad & your dad & all of you are going through this with your dad needing to heal & get better, not getting much sleep & having to deal with all of this. I think it's good u all r going to seek out a lawyer so you have some justice for what happened & also so this won't happen again to anyone else. It isn't good that these people did this and they should not get away with it. You have my full hearted support. I am wishing you, your dad & family & Holly well. Hugs & love FF

I am glad your dad will be okay, It is SUCH BS what happened. Will the police arrest the guys who did this to him? they should be punished. How long will your dad be out of work? Is Dominos being supportive to him.How long has he worked for them? Hugs to your family

I’ve been thinking of you all and your dad all day today, hoping that he’s ok, and am relieved to hear there’s no concussion. It must still be very painful for him with fractured bones. If he has bruising, some Arnica gel / cream from the pharmacy will really help. As unfair and awful as this is, please continue to rally and blossom forth into good spirits, with Christmas just next week! This year, so grateful that dad has come through this incident so strongly, and grateful we’ve all avoided COVID 19, too. It’s the little things like being able to hug our family tight that really count right now.
Sending love to you all, and may you all sleep better knowing dad is going to be ok. xxx

Hi Chris, so happy to hear that your dad will be ok in time, he just needs to heal and hopefully he will heal mentally also, sometimes that's the worst part but luckily he has you and your whole family for help and support. Prayers for a speedy recovery.
God bless you all and I hope you all have a good week
Lots of hugs Jeannie
