Thank you all my frineds..

I havent been on much lately..Between Jarretts Birthday Memorial and the Death of my Father in Law Saturday..I guess I was too overwhelmed to write. Today I took a few hours off from reality and went to dinner and a movie with friends..I just needed to forget the reality of the crappy hand I got deal these past few months and just pretend ..even if just for a few hours that my life was normal again...The truth is that it never will be ...even when these small glimpses come and go like tonight..I get home and its all still there..waiting for me at the door.I want to thank everyone who reached out with loving support and encouragement on Jarrett's Birthday. It means too much more than I could ever say...

Yes, these normal kinds of activities if even for just a few minutes here and there bring some relief. I\'m glad that you had the opportunity for them and I\'m so very sorry about your father-in-law. Gentle care to your healing and loving mother\'s heart. Please give Jonny an extra hug from me... I can feel his sweet presence. XO Joanie

When it rains it pours. I am so sorry to hear of the recent passing of your father in law. Im glad you got out of the house to go to a movie. I know that feels weird too, but continuing with some type of normal is good and therapeutic for you. Hugs and prayers to you friend.Jill

There are still moments of \"normalcy\" and even \"peace\" in the midst of horror, that means you are mentally and emotionally whole and strong. This is very important. People tell me the grief gets \"gentler\"....I know I am very different from even one month ago, I had a couple of revelations in the past week. Yes the pain is always there, just like a toothache you can \"medicate\" for a while but it always comes back. Hopefully you will have other days where you can put the pain \"away\" for a while. God bless you.
