Thank You
Thank you to all the ladies that wrote back on my post yesterday. I know I shoudn't complain because I already do have children. But that still doesn't make the decision to get pregnant again any easier. Lossing three babies is still lossing three babies no matter how mamy other kids I have. I'm not trying to sound bitter I just deal with people all the time that act like I shouldn't be as upset about having m/c because I have 4 other children. Sorry I'm venting! Love you all!

I understand what you are saying and you and I have talked about this many times. I feel very blessed to have my 2 sons, but like it or not, we did lose 3 babies each after these children...babies we wanted. I will admit that even if I never have another one, I will know what it is like to have a child of my own and that does make it a little easier at times, but it does not make up for the losses. I have heard that so many times from family and friends who have never gone what we have gone through (and I am happy that they never had to experience it) but they don\'t understand. So I am with you. HUGS!!!!!
i didn\'t say or mean that by what i commented. i wrote that because you wrote about other woman trying harder and you wanting to give up. i was just saying other women may put themselves and families through more because they don\'t already have kids. losing a child is losing a child regardless. i didn\'t mean it the way you took it. i\'m sorry....
Darlin, a loss is a loss. I lost Nicholas when he was 7 weeks old, I still had people act like I shouldn\'t be upset because I had 2 other boys. I also have had people decide to give their opinions on whether or not my hubby and I should ttc again. The decision is your decision. Sometimes you just got to tell the well meaning people who give you unsolicited advice to go piss in the wind! It will all be okay, when you are ready to try it all again, let me know I will tell them off for you!!! HEHEHE hugs!
I understand completely. I don\'t think our losses hurt any less because we have other kids... but we do get that assumption from people. You can\'t replace one child with another. Hugs.
I don\'t know if that sounded right how I said it. I meant to say your other kids don\'t replace the ones you lost. I share your fears about being pregnant again... the fear every time you go to the bathroom. I\'m trying anyway, but I do worry about the toll of repeated losses.
I totally agree a miscarriage is a miscarriage no matter how many children you have. I know from experience what it is like to have a miscarriage and not have any kids. I don;t know what it is like to have kids and have a miscarriage, but to me it is still a loss and has to hurt all the same.
