Thank God for this Site

I lost my wife of 35 years in March 2016. Until finding this site I though I was losing my mind. Then after reading many of the post I realized my thoughts and pain were the normal for most of us on this horrible journey . I have learned we all have to "Hang On" . I know my wife would not want me to hurt like I am . It is a hard road we are on but we have to hang on . This is my first post and would like to thank those who have left some beautiful replies and advice I have read.
