think?
I just sat here trying to think of a title. I could not think of one. I can hardly think.
The headaches are back.
What a nice break. Naturally I tried in vain to think of what I have done differently lately to bring them back. Why were they gone? Why are they back?
It is a pick up game every day as it is. When the headache feels like a vice squeezing my head (among other sensations) it is hard to play pick up.
I am trying to see clearly. It hurts my head to see anything, yet the noise of life and the light of day continue bombarding my sensitive ears and eyes.
Perceptions: Situations are amplified. People's needs are expanded. I withdraw because of the pain.
My world is so small as it is and the smallness is magnified in my conscious mind. I try to let it go but I have watched so much of my heart float away that the emptiness feels like there isn't any more room for letting go. Sounds like contradictions, but it makes sense to my hurting head.
I keep trying to relax into the pain and not resist it, if in fact resisting makes it worse. Either way it hurts.

Oh, I can feel the pain in your head Katy! And the confusion that must go on as a result of it! Do you get migraines???
Do you know meditation? I\'m not talking about religion. Of any sort. I learned how to do this meditation exercise in college and daggone if it doesn\'t take away a headache! Let me know if I can do anything to help.
Another chapter please!!!
Katy, I am so sorry you are suffering, or were..and am hoping that vy now you do feel better! I did not read this entry in a timely manner as you can see by the date.
Are these headaches migraines or any other \"diagnosed\" type that is semi treatable with meds? I am sure that is a moot point in even asking when the pain is so bad anyway. I do hope that by now you are feeling better!
So very sorry to hear you are having headaches again. I hate headaches.
