Testing is done...the journey begins

All the testing has now been done and today is CD2 so I had to go in for another US, blood test and physical exam.  Got the results this afternoon so started taking the BCP's and I will have to wait until Monday to find out if I can be part of the clinical trial for older women/rx protocols.  I am having some mixed feelings about this since on one hand it will help in lowering the costs for IVF but depending on the random draw, I may not be able to start the meds on this cycle.  I am just ANXIOUS to get started.  One would think that with a study on older women, they wouldn't want for us to wait any longer than necessary!  Being a type A personality and every results driven, it is extremely hard to be patient.  Luckily, I found this website this week and have been reading profiles/journal entries that are giving me a sense of peace to know that there are so many of us out there that are willing to share in this journey...the good, the bad and the ugly.  WISHING ALL OF US GOOD LUCK!
