test results--nothing major

Doc on Monday ran a full panel of blood tests in preparation for a surgery that we are considering. The great news is that all my numbers are normal except...my triglycerides. Good and bad cholesterol are fine, but the tris are most definitely high. So, I get to work on losing weight (like that every works), exercising (in some kind of pretend world in which movement doesn't hurt like the Lake of Fire), and add fish oil back into my supplements. I'll take door number three, please. :)
Seriously though, I have started doing yoga every day again. By "doing yoga" I mean that I do about two-four minutes of yoga 1-2 times per day. It isn't much, but it's more than I was doing and maybe it'll lead to being able to do more.

I totally get what you mean. My doctor was on me about my weight. I try to move as much as I can, but everything hurts. I take Fish Oil too. So, I give that one a thumbs up. Smiles.

Exactly! I am back to taking krill oil again. It\'s the least offensive of the fish oils, IMO. I\'m planning to have weight loss surgery in the fall b/c no matter how well I follow a plan, twenty pounds is all I can ever lose. And then it stays there no matter what. \'til then, krill oil.
