Test day 1 of 2

Started the testing.  My son said it was alot of "puzzles" and questions.  He seemed to be engaged, so that was a good thing.  The Dr. that worked with him said that he was a smart kid, but there is a processing speed thing, as indicated by the state Mastery Tests as well.  He thinks they can help.  I hope so, and I hope so in a drug-free way, because NO WAY will my husband EVER go for that (and I'm not too keen on it, either). As for me, I talked with the Behavior Analyst for a while.  Lots of questions.  Lots of things to fill out.  Blechh! My heart has been racing & my stomach in knots, since DH was unaware of this test date (after the last blow-up, I didn't even want to discuss it with him!).  I'm not even that hungry & I'm ALWAYS hungry!  Just need to calm down. I know this is the best thing for him.
