Another abdominal ct today to see if my spleen and lymph nodes have gotten smaller, bigger, or are stable. I am hoping for that lovely word STABLE, then they should stop poking me with needles for awhile.
They also did a test for Gaucher disease, a lipid disorder than could explain the large spleen and lung nodules, but I kind of doubt it will be positive, CVID explains both of those issues as well.
It's hard to be grumpy though, because it is my son's 18th birthday, and the smell of chocolate cake is everywhere. If I eat a slice, maybe I can hide the hole with extra frosting.
