Terrible pain

The pain is unbearable. Due to rib pain I can't stand or sit in any good positions. In fact my posture is so poor it is affecting my back. I lay on the couch with a heating pad alternating locations. My biggest issue today is my twin granddaughters 1st birthday party. I can't and won't miss that so I will medicate before I leave. Unfortunately nothing really helps but I will try anyway. Have to sign off.
