teeth

I dream of him every night still.  They are mostly nightmares.  When I wake up I find the last crunch of grinding my teeth.  I check the mirror to see if I've broken any as my mouth is screaming in pain.  I had to go to an emergency dental appointment because I was almost over dosing on ibuprofen.  I got fitted for upper and lower night guards to wear constantly.  I'm grinding and clenching.  It's funny and I don't mean that in a laughable way, but funny that every part of my life has been affected by this.  I find no relief even in my sleep.....

((((HUGS))) Motherduck & hugs to your daughter...
I cannot imagine this happening to my daughter. I had to live through the trauma, but I just cannot imagine being in your shoes...
I am so proud of your strength to just stand up and leave...
I\'m glad that the dentist fitted with mouth gaurds. They were a foreign object on the mouth, so it made it hard to fall asleep with them in, but the next morning, I could sure feel a difference. And I still have teeth to prove that the gaurds work...
I wish you could find relief, if only to sleep. Have you asked your dr for something to help you rest? Maybe just for just a little while, to just get over this hurdle...
Just hug your little girl for me, please... and be kind to her momma... she was meant to be blind to this...

Sory to hear about your teeth...I have the same problem and have to wear a night guard everynight. I let it go too long and ground my teeth down so bad I needed crowns on all of them. Wear that night guard!
