Tears
We are taught to hold in our tears and not to cry but why?
Tears wept for the loved ones we lost are not a sign of weakness. Often these moments are hidden in shame of a pain that has overtaken oneself.
We cry alone forever what seems like an endless sea of pain that swells up from within shifting the tide and spilling out our eyes.
But what if we saw our tears as the love in our hearts magnified by our loss carrying the memories of them carried out from our heart to spill across our skin, causing rivulets down our faces to remind us of a touch, a memory, a caress...
Weep freely then and think that each time we release a part of them trapped inside to feel again and live in that moment for what is now lost actually is all inside of our hearts and deep in our memories. If we do not let it out we will drown in our own despair and sorrow.
I will let my river of grief rise up and weep tears for the lover I miss and still love.
I will let the tears form and fall freely releasing some of my pain and as they fall, I will reach out to my love and hold clearly a memory or moment in time that was specially ours.
I will hope for a day when the pain softens and the tears fall less. Knowing each time I weep, I will have released some of my sorrow in hopes for a promise of a better tomorrow.

This is beautiful, WR!
I will let the tears fall too! My heart aches too much, and I have no choice.
It's expressing the love for my guys.
Hugs,
Tess
Yes Tess! Much love to you darling. I know you have hurt too for them. I do wish you warm memories wrapped up in love and light rather than lonliness, longing and pain.
Sending you love and light
