Taking it\'s toll

I'm the most positive person I know. But it's just so hard to stay positive with so much going on. Aside from the disease taking it's toll on me there's stuff going on at home too. Roommate drama. But the one causing it is leaving so that will be good for everyone. The bad economy has no personally affected my life. My job was forced to cut my position down to part time. At this point, I'm only losing like one day of work....but still. Things are already rough. They just got rougher. The BLESSING is that I get to keep my health insurance. However, my tooth starting killing me yesterday so I said I'd call the dentist today but then I got the news yesterday that my dental and other benefits no longer exist. My sister works at a dentists' office and is going to see what she can do.  She even offered to pay. My family is being very supportive right now and I'm thankful. Especially after today's test. It lasted an hour and a half. She kept taking pictures of the same heart valve. Over and over again. I've done my research. I know why this test was ordered. I know that I've been having shortness of breath and fatigue and that my neph doesn't like the way my heart sounds. I know that PKD causes heart valve problems. So, although I don't have any results I'm pretty sure I know what's going on here. So, I cried a lot. I've been crying a lot. I'm overwhelmed. I'm 25 years old. And in 2 days, (and two days where I've just not been feeling well in general...lots of pain and whatnot) I've been thrown a lot of things at once. So it's ok to cry. And I know that. And it's ok to be overwhelmed. I just.... I don't even know. I guess I just need a couple of days to process and get it all out.
