Happy Saturday, and Happy Wildcard Weekend!!! :) We're enjoying a nice saturday :) my mom, dad, and i went shopping today at the dollar store :) it was a nice early shopping adventure :) i bought some gifts, and treasures :) i also bought some green olives, and baked wheat crackers :) i'm resting up today, as i'm continuing to try to get ahead of this cold. i'm gonna be rested up, for the Redskins big game tomorrow :) i can't wait! :) We're having a Redskins wildcard football playoffs party :) Good luck to everyone's teams who are in the playoffs :) The road and journey to superbowl 50 has began! :) Enjoying a hot tea, and my mom cooked a delicious ham dinner for us this evening :)
Hi angel friends :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a nice peaceful saturday :) i've been taking it easy, and slowly today, as i've been continuing to battle this cold, i've gotten ahead of the cold a few times, but it has gotten ahead of me a few times too. i've been having plenty of hot teas, with peppermint candies, and also i have cough drops :) i'm in great spirits, but my body feels worn down from battling the cold today, and in recent days, but i'm definitely gonna get better and better :) It's a nice easy breezy day, and i'm so glad to be saving up some energy for tomorrow, for the Redskins big game, vs the Packers. wildcard playoffs have began, with the Chiefs vs Texans game currently on, and later tonight, Steelers vs Bengals :) Tomorrow the Vikings vs Seahawks, and Redskins vs Packers games are on :) i'm pumped up, and exicted for the games, and cheering : )it's an awesome time, the playoffs are here! :)
my mom, dad, and i had a brief shopping adventure this morning, shortly after 10am :) i wanted to buy a few items, and treasures at the dollar store :) i haven't been feeling too well, but still wanted to get in a little shopping today, early on, so i could rest up the rest of the day :) At the dollar store, it wasn't too busy. my mom, dad, and i browsed around :) i bought a new candle lighter, and i also bought some green olives, and baked wheat crackers :) i bought some gifts and treasures too :) it wasn't busy in the dollar store today :) i felt my energy very low, but i did really well, and the experience went smoothly, including checking out :) i was thankful to get a chance to shop early today :) i want to go shopping again soon :)
When we got home, i took it easy, resting up :) i've had some tv on today, and put the Chiefs vs Texans game on this late afternoon :) i'm gonna get a good rest tonight, to try to get more and more ahead of this cold. it's lingered for a few days now, but i'm hopeful to feel 100% better soon :) i've been doing really well, with healthy eating, and exercising this week :) i want to stay on this good track, and i look forward to getting better, so i can enjoy some more nature walks :) my energy level is low, but with continued good care, i'll definitely be back to 100% :)

Here we go Steelers Here we go!!! It is almost game time and it is gonna be an awesome evening. It will be so great cheering on our teams this weekend. I can\'t wait for the game to start. Have the pregame festivities on right now and the fans are going wild. Tons of fans from Pittsburgh made the five hour trip from Pittsburgh to Cincinnati. There are almost Pittsburgh fans than there are Cincinnati fans at the game!! NOthing like a Steeler fan and the Steeler nation!!!

Darling Chris ,hope you are feeling better, colds are really bad this year, get some vit c in drops it helps t fight the cold and strengthen the immune system.

Happy games time to you, get lots of rest, eat well and lots of hot drinks, see if you can get any natural med ,herbal for colds with thyme in it ,eucalyptus, it really helps, I am sure it is available ,just search , here we had some and its really good.
Also you can burn some eucalyptus essential oil in a burner , but be careful with the pets , it helps to soothe the nose and chest, decongest, see if you can get a bottle, it should be available at the chemist, it has to be essential not mixed
I am taking care, been feeling tired, as usual with the fibromyalgia its hard, got a lot to sort out, weds spent the day with my grandson, he was so happy to see me, we had a great time, memories to treasure, he is such a loving boy, we watched fireman Sam , he loves it,i cooked some nourishing chicken soup , he had nice bowl with potatoes, carr0ts, leeks, onion, and chicken legs, we all enjoyed it.
Here its chilly, the heating is now at 20 , even at night time I leave it on at a lower setting, Lici is at her home, Charlie misses the company but I give her lots of cuddles, she sat with me all afternoon, watched a horror film, to drown the piano practice next door, hate, I have a headache now, but wanted to see how you are doing.
LOTS OF LOVE, HUGS, here the sparrows have plenty of food, gave them some bread, the robin, blackbird have been around, now they are all sleeping, its so sweet.
