Tactile Hallucinations, crying, I'm going far away in my head

Today I've had a lot of tactile hallucinations and delusions about them. I could feel roaches (that weren't actually there but sure felt like it to my mind) crawling out of my ear, into my hair, and down my shoulder. I could feel them crawling on my scalp and other parts of my body, but when I'd look at it there was nothing there, but dmnit, I could FEEL them! I had this repeatedly. It was very scary. I took a PRN Zyprexa.

I've cried off and on since last night.

Things are starting to feel really weird like I'm far away and too numb to be scared. It's like I'm mentally so far away and look down at my arms, oh so far away, as I type. I think I need to go to bed soon. I will give my cat her medicine soon then I will go to bed. It's storming and I'm afraid it will be scary.
