Tackling my grief....GENTLY!!

Hi everyone. I am starting a new goal... working on my grief issues. I have already begun a grief biblestudy with my CR sponsor.... and she says I am doing well so far. It's hard!!! I know with God's help, and plenty of support, I will be able to learn to manage my grief in a healthy way. One day, one step at a time.
