Symptoms back after a month of freedom

Had my apico procedure 2 weeks ago Tuesday. It's not completely healed yet, but is 90%. Sad to say, this week I started having symptoms again, after being symptom free for a month. Nothing too terrible, but I think I would have spiraled into vertigo last night if I had not taken my diazepam. Today was a tricky day. I was borderline all day. I did manage to make it to an appt. across town. But then I had to grocery shop because my son is coming back tomorrow. So I took a half dose of diazepam and moved very carefully through the store. I made it okay. Made it home, got the groceries put away. Now I'm doing okay, just having to move slowly and carefully. I'll take a full dose of diazepam when I go to bed tonight, and I'm really hoping that when I wake up tomorrow I will be much better. It happens that way sometimes.
