swingset

Without a doubt, I am going through the biggest mood swings of my life.  I am 37 years old, and I know that I won't be alright anymore.  I know that I had 35 years of really good health.  I did not waste them(not knowing what was to come).  I like to think that if I live to 70, then 35 was halfway.  All of the things that I have done, I did for the sake of just doing them.  I would not change my past for anything.  I have had an incredible ride, like one time, I was in the alley of a restaurant I used to work at with a friend of mine and we saw these two finely dressed gentleman get out of their cars, shake hands and exchange briefcases, and get in their cars and drive away.  We witnessed a bag drop.  We looked at each other and said, "did that just happen?"  Experiences like that remind me that it is not all about me sometimes.  You can see the most incredible things sometimes.  That happened about 15 years ago, maybe more.
